New Artemis joins the Scottish pelagic fleet

The October 2022 issue of Chef & Restaurant Magazine carries a fabulous four-page feature on Scottish mackerel by Adam Wing of Seafood Scotland.

The article describes Scottish mackerel as the ‘superfood of Scottish seas’, and says: “Scottish mackerel is sustainable, nutritious, delicious, and great value for money when trying to make every pound stretch without compromising on quality.”
